5000 lbs and over = +/- 10%
1000 lbs to 5000 lbs = +15% / -10%
500 lbs to 1000 lbs = +20% / -10%
300 lbs to 500 lbs = +25% / -10%
100 lbs to 300 lbs = +30% / -15%
under 100lbs = +30% / -20%
